摘要 针对我国在核电厂建设中壁厚小于等于3 mm小管的焊接现状,通过前期的市场调研、设备选型和工艺开发等过程,研究出一套用于现场薄壁小管焊接的成熟的封闭式自熔焊方法,可替代传统的手工焊接方法,有效地节约成本、保证焊接质量、提高施工效率,为核电厂小管自熔焊的推广应用提供参考和借鉴。 A kind of welding procedure used for the closed self-melting welding of pipelines in nuclear power plants is introduced.Through the early market research,equ-ipment selection and procedure development,a set of mature closed self-melting welding method is developed for field wel-ding of fine thin-walled pipe,which replaces the traditional manual welding method,saves cost effectively,ensures welding quality,improves construction efficiency,and provides refere-nce for the application of closed self-melting welding for fine pipelines in nuclear power plant.
