摘要
基于超导储能脉冲变压器的单谐振电路脉冲成形模式可以输出更高幅值的电流脉冲,而且能量传输效率较高。不过,单谐振脉冲成形模式输出的电流脉冲脉宽较小,其转换电容的储能占电感总储能的比例也较高,降低了系统整体的储能密度。为此,提出了一种基于电容复用方法的超导脉冲电源(SPPS)改进拓扑并详细介绍了改进后SPPS的工作过程。通过仿真验证,改进后脉冲电源电路的负载电流峰值为197.20 kA,半波宽度为5.56 ms,最大电容储能与总电感储能之比为11%。
The pulse forming mode of the single-resonance circuit based on the superconducting energy storage pulse transformer can output higher amplitude current pulses and has higher energy transmission efficiency.However,the pulse width of the current pulse output in the single-resonance pulse-shaping mode is small,and the energy storage of the conversion capacitor accounts for a large proportion of the total energy stored in the inductor,reducing the overall energy storage density of the system.Therefore,an improved superconducting pulse power supply(SPPS) topology based on the capacitive multiplexing method was proposed,and the working process of the improved SPPS was introduced.Through simulation verification,the load current peak of the improved pulse power circuit is 197.20 kA,the pulse half-height width is 5.56 ms,and the ratio of the maximum capacitor energy storage to the total inductor energy storage is 11%.
