摘要
单点波峰发生器是选择性波峰焊机的核心部件之一,电磁驱动单点波峰技术由于控制精确、波峰稳定,将会成为驱动单点波峰的主流趋势。就单点波峰电磁泵的内部机械结构、电磁驱动方式、波峰控制方法、锡槽加热及温度控制等分别进行了研究及试验,完成了ZXD-18单点波峰电磁泵样机,经测试其技术参数能够满足选择性波峰焊机的要求。此外还探讨了单点波峰电磁泵的其他用途。
Single point wave generator is one of the core components of selective wave soldering machine.The electromagnetic drive single point wave technology will become the main trend to drive single point peak due to its accurate control and stable peak.The internal mechanical structure,electromagnetic drive mode,wave peak control method,tin tank heating and temperature control of the single point wave peak electromagnetic pump were studied and tested,and the ZXD-18 single point wave peak electromagnetic pump prototype was completed.The technical parameters of ZXD-18 electromagnetic pump were tested to meet the requirements of selective wave soldering machine.Finally,the other USES of the single point wave peak electromagnetic pump are discussed.
