摘要 为提高采煤机摇臂行星机构运行的安全性和可靠性,基于采煤机应用现状,分析了采煤机摇臂行星机构的结构组成,重点研究了浮动油封及圆锥滚子轴承运行的稳定性,明确了行星机构的装配工艺,具体包括:圆锥滚子轴承的检测、圆锥滚子轴承内外圈的防跟转策略、油封尺寸的明确及比压测试。提出了改进意见,并通过实践证明其能够有效提高行星机构的可靠性。 In order to improve the safety and reliability of the operation of the radial planetary mechanism of the shearer,based on the application status of the shearer,the structural composition of the radial planetary mechanism of the shearer was analyzed,the stability of the floating oil seal and the operation of the tapered roller bearing was focused on,and the assembly process of the planetary mechanism was defined,including the detection of the tapered roller bearing,the prevention of the inner and outer rings of the tapered roller bearing follow up strategy,oil seal size definition and specific pressure test.Some suggestions for improvement were put forward,and practice results show that the suggestions can effectively improve the reliability of planetary mechanism through practice.
