摘要
针对复杂构件制造快速原型开发需求,对LCD光源光固化快速成形技术的多材料3D打印装置进行设计研究。在对两种不同技术方案分析比较的基础上,进行装置的结构创新设计和控制系统设计,开发出一种结构简单、仅需一套图形化曝光系统即可实现多材料产品打印的一体化装置。该设计提高了打印效率,简化设备结构,降低设备成本,从而满足用户对高性能和全功能定制化产品的需求。
In order to meet the requirements of rapid prototyping of complex component manufacturing,the design and research of multi-material 3D printing device based on LCD light source curing rapid prototyping technology was carried out.Based on the analysis and comparison of two different technical schemes,the structural innovation design and control system design of the device were carried on,and an integrated device with simple structure and only a set of graphical exposure system was developed to realize multi-material products,which improved the printing efficiency,simplified the equipment structure and reduced the equipment cost.The design met the needs of users for high-performance and full-function customized products.
