一种18650锂电池壳收料机设计

摘要 现阶段电池壳生产企业多由人工进行18650锂电池壳收料、整理、装箱等工作,耗费大量人力物力,占用较多装配空间。为节约人力、降低生产成本,设计了一种用于18650锂电池壳的收料机,由收料箱、传送装置、计数装置、检测装置、伺服装置及气缸等部分组成,能够大幅缩减18650锂电池壳的收集、整理、装箱工序时间,且占用空间小。该收料机结构简单、操作简便,提高了企业的自动化程度和经济效益。 At present,the battery shell manufacturing enterprises mostly carry out the work of receiving,finishing and packing 18650 lithium battery shell manually,which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources and occupies a lot of assembly space.In order to save manpower and reduce production cost,a kind of receiving machine for 18650 lithium battery shell was designed,which was composed of receiving box,transmission device,eounting device,detection device,servo device and air cylinder.It could greatly reduce the time of collecting,sorting and packing process of 18650 lithium battery shell,and take up little space.The machine is simple in structure and operation,which improves the automation degree and economic benefit of the enterprise.
