摘要
随着世界范围内海洋战略的兴起,水面、水下作战系统越发精密与复杂,尤其对水下装备要求更为严苛。阐述了一种适用于水下密闭狭窄工作环境下的电子机箱,设计了总体方案及各功能区块结构,对其电磁兼容、环境适应性、散热性能进行了系统阐述。重点研究了机箱最主要的散热设计,从理论计算到模拟仿真逐一严格地验证了机箱散热设计的可靠性。设计的机箱综合性能满足HJB68标准的结构要求,其结构形式和散热方式可供水下电子机箱的结构设计参考。
With the rise of marine strategies worldwide,surface and underwater combat systems have become more sophisticated and complex,and the requirements for underwater equipment have become more stringent.A electronic chassis suitable for a closed and underwater working environment was described,the overall design scheme and the structural design of each functional block were made,and the electromagnetic compatibility,environmental adaptability,and heat dissipation performance were expounded systematically.The heat dissipation design was researched,its reliability was strictly verified from theoretical calculation to simulation.The comprehensive performance of the chassis meets the structural requirements of the HJB68 standard.Its structural form and heat dissipation method can be used as a reference for the structural design of underwater electronic chassis.
