摘要
随着新型高压压滤机科技的发展,高压压滤机广泛地应用于环保污泥处置中。高压三柱塞往复泵配套于高压压滤机,作用于泵送液体,实现高压压滤功能。PLC控制系统对高压柱塞泵进行PID控制,达到设定目标压力值并保持稳定。保压过程中,高压三柱塞往复泵需带压起动,往往会因电机堵转而起动失败。针对此现象,运用公式计算扭矩的数值,通过对比分析其堵转原因。通过设计改造方案并实施,实现高压三柱塞往复泵带压起动的节能、高效运行。通过分析应用,为高压三柱塞泵更有效、准确地选型提供帮助。
Due to the development of new high pressure filter technology,high pressure filter is more widely used in environmental protection sludge disposal.The high-pressure three-plunger reciprocating pump is matched with the high-pressure filter to pump liquid and realize the function of high-pressure filter.The PLC control system carries on the PID control to the high-pressure plunger pump,achieves the set target pressure value and maintains the stability.In the process of keeping pressure,the high-pressure three-plunger reciprocating pump needs to start with pressure,and often fails to start because of motor blockage.In view of this phenomenon,the formula was used to calculate the numerical value of the torque,and the cause of the blocking was analyzed by comparison.Through the design and implementation of the transformation program,the high-pressure three-plunger reciprocating pump with pressure starting energy-saving and efficient operation was achieved.Through the analysis and application,it provides help for more effective and accurate type selection of high-pressure three-plunger pump.
