摘要
从掘进机截割头能实现节能高效破煤的角度出发,借助冲击力学原理与弹性力学原理,参照剪切强度破坏准则,创建了掘进机截割头破岩力学模型;计算了掘进机在最小能耗情况下的截割转速与临界转速;分析了影响掘进机截割头转速的主要因素,包括冲击时间、截齿直径以及煤岩体内聚力。此研究可为掘进机截割头转速的优化提供参考,达到进一步优化掘进机截割头转速、提升破煤效果的目的。
From the point of view that the cutting head of roadheader can achieve energy-saving and efficient coal breaking,with the help of the principles of impact mechanics and elastic mechanics,and referring to the shear strength failure criterion,the rock breaking mechanical model of roadheader cutting head was established;the cutting speed and critical speed of roadheader under the condition of minimum energy consumption were calculated;the main factors affecting the speed of roadheader cutting head were analyzed,included impact time,pick diameter and cohesion of coal and rock.The research can provide a reference for the optimization of cutting head speed of roadheader,to further optimize the cutting head speed of roadheader and improve the coal breaking effect.
