摘要 为解决传统起重机备用回路使用过程中出现没有低速下降挡位的问题,依据稳态电机理论,通过修改电机的机械特性曲线,在传统起重机下降挡位的基础上,增加了一个低速下降挡位。通过设置低速下降挡,操作者能够准确地定位重物,同时减小了下降时机械结构的冲击。从炼钢生产现场反馈的结果来看,该改进设计方案具有很高的易用性和可靠性。 In order to solve the problem that there is no low-speed down gear in the use of traditional crane spare circuit,a low-speed down gear was added on the basis of traditional crane down gear by modifying the mechanical characteristic curve of motor according to the theory of steady-state motor.By setting the low speed down gear,the operator can accurately locate the heavy object and reduce the impact of the mechanical structure during the descent.According to the feedback results of steelmaking production site,the improved design scheme has high usability and reliability.
