摘要
在带材传送系统中,张力过大容易使带材断裂,过小又容易使带材抖动起褶,因此需要保持合适平稳的张力。针对生箔机带材传送系统,建立了系统精确的张力模型;提出了基于模型预测控制的张力控制器。相对工业控制常使用PID控制器,预测控制能够显著地提高系统的动态响应并减小超调。在Matlab/Simulink环境进行了仿真实验,结果验证了所提方法的有效性。
In web transport system,too much web tension easily breaks the web,while too little web tension vibrates to wrinkle.As a result,appropriate and stationary tension is necessary in web system.The precision tension model of the web system was introduced,a tension controller based on model predictive control algorithm was built.Compared with PID controller used in industrial applications,model predictive control method can remarkably improve the dynamic response and reduce the overshoot during transition stage.A simulation experiment is built in Matlab/Simulink,and the result verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
