基于ADAMS柔性体应力历程谱的游乐设施结构疲劳寿命计算

摘要 对于长期循环重复固定交变载荷的游乐设备,研究了一种适合于工程广泛应用的疲劳寿命计算方法。使用ADAMS数值软件进行游乐设施的虚拟样机仿真,针对重要零部件建立柔性体有限元仿真计算模型、获取恶劣受力部位的应力历程谱,通过雨流计数法得到应力谱的幅值、均值和循环次数统计结果,并依据修正零件的S-N曲线函数和线性累计损伤公式进行零件最终疲劳寿命计算。相较于传统复杂的理论和软件计算方法,该方法输入载荷谱易获取、操作流程简便易集成,且完全依据真实的游乐设备运行荷载工况进行计算,疲劳寿命预测结果精确可靠。 For the amusement equipment with long-term cycle and repeated fixed alternating load,a fatigue life calculation method suitable for wide engineering applications was studied.ADAMS software was used to simulate the virtual prototype of amusement rides.The finite element simulation model of flexible body was established for important parts,and the stress history spectrum of the bad stressed parts was obtained.The statistical results of the amplitude,mean value and cycle times of the stress spectrum were obtained by rain flow counting method.The parts were finished according to the modified S-N curve function and linear cumulative damage formula fatigue life calculation.Compared with the traditional complex theory and software calculation method,the input load spectrum of the method is easy to obtain,the operation process is simple and easy to integrate,and the calculation is based on the real operating load conditions of amusement equipment,and the fatigue life prediction results are accurate and reliable.
