摘要
充气柜是绝对密封的,散热工况极差,长期运行会加速绝缘件的老化,容易出现安全事故,因此有必要对其进行散热设计。对12 kV-2500 A环保开关设备的散热及发热原理进行分析,结合仿真分析和温升试验,对开关柜内部结构进行优化,找出一系列解决温升过高的措施,达到国家标准对开关设备的温升要求,确保开关设备长期运行的安全性。
Because the gas filled cabinet is absolutely sealed and the heat dissipation condition is very poor,long-term operation will accelerate the aging of insulation parts,which is prone to safety accidents,so it is necessary to design the heat dissipation.The heat dissipation and heating principle of 12 kV-2500 A environmental protection switchgear was analyzed.Combined with simulation analysis and temperature rise test,the internal structure of the switch cabinet was optimized,and a series of measures to solve the high temperature rise were found out,so as to meet the requirements of the national standard for the temperature rise of the switchgear,so as to ensure the long-term operation safety of the switchgear.
