Development of COB LED Heating&High-voltage Holding Test Machine

为了能更准确地测试COB(chip on board)LED各项参数,COB器件必须在接近工作温度85℃时再进行相关测试。设计出一种在加热系统中,集耐高压测试、分光测试和微点亮识别不良和包装等多功能的一体机,实现COB加热测试自动化生产,避免人为因素的影响,检测精度高。为了兼容大部分的COB尺寸,上料采用图像识别自动上料,探针、对齐机构采用可调整设计,方便快速换产。经实际应用证明,该设备自动化程度高、测试准确、生产效率高、运行稳定,满足客户生产需求。

In order to test the parameters of COB(chip on board)LED more accurately,the COB device must be tested when the operating temperature is close to 85℃.In the heating system,a multi-functional machine was designed,included high-pressure resistance test,light splitting test,micro light identification and packaging,which can realize the automatic production of COB heating test,avoided the influence of human factors,and had high detection accuracy.In order to be compatible with most COB sizes,automatic feeding with image recognition was adopted for feeding,and adjustable design was adopted for probe and alignment mechanism,so as to facilitate rapid production change.The practical application shows that the equipment has high degree of automation,accurate test,high production efficiency and stable operation,which can meet the production needs of customers.
