摘要
电机拖动广泛应用于各行业发展中,选出合适功率的电机对整体系统的功能保障和经济性有着重要作用。为得到合理的电机选型功率,提出一套旋转电机的选型设计流程和较精确的计算公式。通过建立典型的旋转驱动模型,采用运动学和动力学基本原理以及公式对飞行塔类游艺机的旋转驱动系统进行分析和计算,得到驱动功率的推导公式和整个选型设计流程,并通过典型实例进行验证,为驱动功率选型设计的有效应用提供有力依据。
Motor driving is widely used in the development of various industries.Selecting the appropriate power motor plays an important role in the function guarantee and economy of the whole system.In order to get a reasonable selection power of the motor,a set of selection design flow and more accurate calculation formula of the rotating motor were put forward.Through the establishment of a typical rotary drive model,the basic principles and formulas of kinematics and dynamics were used to analyze and calculate the rotary drive system of the flying tower type amusement machine,and the derivation formula of the driving power and the whole selection design process were obtained,and verified by a typical example,which provided a strong basis for the effective application of the selection design of the driving power.
