家具原材板垛在辊筒输送机上的动静态力学分析

摘要 通过分析板垛在辊筒输送机上的动静态力学特性,解决板材从入库到生产输送过程中,由于板垛错位歪斜导致输送不顺畅,使出入库受到影响等问题。重点针对板垛输送过程中,在不同输送设备上的板垛受力特征,模拟板垛变形量,提出针对性解决方案。旨在提高人工和设备生产对接的工作效率,减少工人劳动强度,通过自动化系统提高总体设备的顺畅性、稳定性,最终提高整体生产效率。 By analyzing the dynamic and static mechanical characteristics of the plate stack on the roller conveyor,the problem of unsmooth conveying due to the misalignment and skew of the plate stack during the process of plate storage from the storage to the production transportation was solved.Focus on the stress characteristics of the slab stack on different conveying equipment during the slab stack conveying process,the deformation of the slab stack were simulated,and the targeted solutions were proposed.It aims to improve the work efficiency of the docking of labor and equipment production,reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the smoothness and stability of the overall equipment through the automation system,and ultimately improve the overall production efficiency.
