摘要
新型数码发电机的核心部件逆变器(变流器)是一种通过三相整流后单相逆变后,经LC滤波变成稳定的交流电压源。为了更高效节能地带满载测试老化,研制了一种通过变频器模拟发电机输出三相交流电带载变流电压源的电力电子变流馈能型负载。通过分析逆变器(变流器)工作原理,提出了用AC/DC/DC输入恒流控制拓扑,模拟出纯阻性负载,把能量回馈到变频器的直流母线上,实现高达94%以上的节能老化测试,有效解决了原来传统阻性负载的耗能、耗人力的方式,达到了良好的经济效应和自动化节能检测目的,具有很好的实用及推广价值。
The core component of the new digital generator inverter(converter)is a stable AC voltage source after three-phase rectification and single-phase inverter after LC filtering.In order to test aging with full load in more efficient and energy-saving zone,a kind of power electronic converter energy feedback load was developed,which simulated the generator output three-phase AC on load current conversion voltage source by inverter.By analyzing the working principle of the inverter(converter),the AC/DC/DC input constant current control topology was proposed.The pure resistive load was simulated,and the energy was fed back to the DC bus of the inverter.The energy-saving aging test is up to 94%,which effectively solves the energy consumption and manpower consumption of the traditional resistive load,and achieves good economic effect and automatic energy-saving detection purpose,It has a good practical and promotional value.
