摘要 介绍了“S”试件的零件特点及其造型方法,分析了其五轴数控加工工艺,针对“S”试件加工中遇到的光洁度、尺寸精度、拐角痕迹等技术难题,通过运用数控系统五轴联动RTCP刀具中心点控制功能和旋转轴滤波功能,改进编程工艺并应用NX软件优化编程,加工出了符合精度要求的零件。 The characteristics and modeling method of"S"test piece was introduced,its five axis NC processing technology was analyzed,and in view of the technical problems encountered in the processing of"S"test piece,such as smoothness,dimensional accuracy,corner trace,etc.,the programming technology was improved and the programming with NX software was optimized by using the five axis linkage RTCP tool center point control function and rotation axis filtering function of the NC system,and the parts that meet the accuracy requirements were produced.
