Key Technology of KN95 Automatic Folding Mask Production Line Based on Modular Design

目前,行业中KN95口罩机多种多样,但设备通用性和稳定性较差。设计一种基于模块化设计的KN95全自动折叠口罩生产线,整机由送料机、本体成型机、耳带焊接机、折叠熔切机等4个模块单元组成,各单元既可以作为一台独立设备,又能快速集成组合成自动化生产线实现全自动化生产;既能满足手工、半自动、全自动等多种生产方式的设备功能需求,又可以实现对整条生产线的并行调试和快速维护。通过客户现场的实际使用,整个生产线稳定后,良品率可达到98%以上。

There are many kinds of KN95 mask machines in the industry at present,but the equipment has poor versatility and stability.A KN95 automatic production line for folding mask based modular was designed.The whole machine is composed of feeding machine,body forming machine,ear band welding machine,folding melt cutting machine and other module units.Each unit can be an independent device independently,and also can be quickly integrated into an automated production line for fully automated production.It can not only meet the functional requirements of equipment such as manual,semi-automatic,and fully automatic production methods,but also realize parallel debugging and the entire production linemaintaining.Through the actual use on the customer's site,the yield rate can reach more than 98%when the entire production line is stable.
