摘要
为提升生产效率,降低成本,推动制造企业向智能制造转型升级。介绍了智能工厂制造系统的搭建及各模块子系统的应用,通过推行智能制造生产模式,提高了产品的质量与产量,提高劳动生产率,节约了原材料消耗、降低生产成本,同时在改善劳动环境、减轻劳动强度、保障人身安全等方面效果显著。
In order to improve production efficiency,reduce costs,and promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises to intelligent manufacturing,the construction of intelligent factory manufacturing system and the application of each module subsystem were introduced.Through the implementation of intelligent manufacturing production mode,the quality and output of products are improved,the labor productivity is increased,the consumption of raw materials is saved,and the production cost is reduced.At the same time,the effect of improving labor environment,reducing labor intensity and ensuring personal safety is remarkable.
