微型步进马达FPC与定子组自动焊锡设备设计

摘要 市场微型步进马达FPC与定子组焊锡基本靠手动焊锡作业,工作效率低下,产品品质不稳定,设计了微型步进马达FPC与定子组自动焊锡设备。通过结合现阶段工业技术,采用双焊锡烙铁头自动焊锡,研究微型步进马达FPC与定子组自动焊锡的方法。该设备解决了机械手、锡丝移送精度问题,独特的双焊锡烙铁头及专用烙铁头的设计,实现了微型步进马达FPC与定子组的自动焊锡,减少企业成本,提升焊锡品质。 The soldering of FPC and stator group of micro stepping motor in the market basically relies on manual soldering,which leads to low work efficiency and unstable product quality.Combined with the current industrial technology,the automatic soldering method of micro stepping motor FPC and stator group was studied by using double soldering iron head.The equipment solves the problem of manipulator and tin wire transfer accuracy.The unique design of double solder head and special solder head realizes automatic soldering of FPC and stator group of micro stepping motor,reduces enterprise cost and improves solder quality.
