摘要 为了满足汽车车架冲压和焊装车间的物料输送和立体仓储管理需求,采用先进的自动化物流仓储设备配合AGV输送系统、立体仓库管理系统(WMS)和仓库控制系统(WCS),实现了车间物料自动输送、立体库存储和出入库作业。总体设计方案满足生产应用要求,具有实用性、可靠性和可扩展性,提高了仓储空间利用率、生产效率和智能制造水平。 In order to meet the material transportation and three-dimensional storage management needs of the automobile frame stamping and welding workshop,advanced automated logistics storage equipment was used in conjunction with the AGV conveyor system,three-dimensional warehouse management system(WMS)and warehouse control system(WCS)to realize the workshop materials automatic transportation,three-dimensional storage and storage operations.The overall design solution meets the requirements of production applications,has practicality,reliability and scalability,which also improves the storage space utilization rate,production efficiency and intelligent manufacturing level.
