基于超声波的便携式洗衣机设计与实现

摘要 提出一种基于超声波的新型洗衣机。利用超声波的空化作用代替传统机械洗衣机的搅拌进行衣物清洗,不但清洗衣物全面不留死角,清洗效果更好,而且清洗时对衣物的磨损率小,同时还可根据需要产生适量的臭氧进行杀菌消毒,使清洗的衣物洁净程度更高。设计的新型洗衣机在清洗时功耗低,甚至不用洗涤剂,既经济又环保,具有较强的实用性。 A new type of washing machine based on ultrasonic was proposed.The cavitation effect of ultrasonic wave was used to replace the agitation of traditional mechanical washing machine to wash clothes.Which not only cleaned clothes in an all-round way without any dead angle,but also cleaned them more effectively and had better cleaning effect.In addition,the utility model had small wear rate of clothes when cleaning and could generate appropriate amount of ozone for sterilization and disinfection according to the needs,so that the cleaned clothes were more clean.The new type of washing machine has low power consumption,even no detergent,which is economical and environmental,and has strong practicability.
