摘要
针对现有蓄电池支架搬运车电气系统存在的通信实时性差、控制模式单一的问题,进行电气系统优化设计。增加变频器和牵引电动机,实现“一拖一”运行模式,实现对整车的转速控制、低速大扭矩、前驱/后驱转矩控制。试验结果表明,优化后的蓄电池支架搬运车电气系统在运行速度、续航里程、带载爬坡等方面表现突出,达到优化设计目标。
Aiming at the problems of poor real-time communication and single control mode in the existing battery support truck electrical system,the electrical system was optimized.The frequency converter and traction motor were increased to realize the"one-to-one"operation mode,and the speed control of the vehicle,low speed and high torque,and front/rear drive torque control were realized.The test results show that the optimized electrical system of the battery support truck has outstanding performance in terms of operating speed,cruising range,and climbing with load,the optimization design goal is achieved.
