燃机联合循环机组余热锅炉吹管探讨和实践

摘要 燃机联合循环机组余热锅炉吹管是机组整套启动并实现联合循环的前提条件和重要的一环。但由于机组配置的不同和各型号燃机(余热锅炉)厂家的性能和标准的不统一,余热锅炉吹管的方式往往也不同,如何恰当地制定一个满足要求的余热锅炉吹管方案就显得尤其重要。以某425 MW燃机联合循环电厂工程为例,对比了几种不同的燃机启动、余热锅炉吹管方案,根据实际情况选用了多台余热锅炉联合吹管的方案,缩短了工期,取得了较好的效果。 Gas-steam combined cycle plant HRSG steam blowing is an important section and the prerequisite for achieve combined cycle.However,due to the configuration of the different units and major gas turbine(HRSG)manufacture performance and standards are not unified,HRSG blowing have many different ways,it is particularly important how to make a suitable scheme to meet the requirements of waste heat boiler pipe blowing.Taking a 425MW gas turbine combined cycle power plant project as an example,several different schemes of gas turbine start-up and waste heat boiler pipe blowing were compared.According to the actual situation,the joint pipe blowing scheme of multiple waste heat boilers was selected,which shortened the construction period and achieved good results.
