微观治理、内外部协同与扶贫生态圈建设--2019年诺贝尔经济学奖理论思想对金融扶贫的启示

因"在缓解全球贫困研究领域作出的突出贡献",三位学者荣获2019年诺贝尔经济学奖,他们的思想观点对我国精准扶贫战略实施以及商业银行金融扶贫具有重要的理论指导与应用价值。本文在系统梳理三位诺奖得主思想观点的基础上,分析对我国脱贫攻坚战略的政策启示,并从聚焦重点领域、关注微观治理、外部差异化与内部敏捷化协同、共建扶贫生态圈、借力金融科技等方面提出商业银行加强金融扶贫、助力全面打赢脱贫攻坚战的策略建议。

Three scholars were awarded the Nobel Prize in economics in 2019 for their"outstanding contributions in the fi eld of global poverty alleviation".Their ideas have important theoretical guidance and application value for the implementation of China's targeted poverty alleviation strategy and poverty alleviation by commercial banks and fi nance.On the basis of a systematic review of the ideas of the three Nobel laureates,this paper analyzes the policy implications to China's poverty alleviation strategy.At last,some strategic suggestions are put forward for commercial banks to strengthen fi nancial poverty alleviation.
