稳心颗粒治疗窦性心动过缓合并特发性室性早搏的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Sinus Bradycardia with Idiopathic Ventricular Premature Beats with Stable Heart Granule

目的:分析采用稳心颗粒治疗窦性心动过缓合并特发性室性早搏患者的临床治疗效果。方法:选择本院2017年3月至2018年3月期间收治的的窦性心动过缓合并特发性室性早搏患者100例,所有患者均在接受常规检查的基础上,采用稳心颗粒治疗,记录分析药物治疗对于患者治疗效果以及对患者生活质量的影响。结果:经过一段时间药物治疗,患者临床症状得到有效改善、生活质量显著提升。患者治疗前后数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗窦性心动过缓合并特发性室性早搏患者时,采用稳心颗粒能够有效缓解患者临床症状,对提升患者生活质量具有重要意义。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule on patients with sinus bradycardia complicated with idiopathic ventricular premature beats.Methods:100 patients with sinus bradycardia and idiopathic ventricular premature beats were selected from March 2017 to March 2018.All patients were treated with Wenxin Granule on the basis of routine examination.Results:After a period of drug treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients were effectively improved and the quality of life was significantly improved.The difference of data before and after treatment was statistically significant academic implications(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with sinus bradycardia complicated with idiopathic ventricular premature beats,the use of Wenxin granule can effectively treat patients'diseases and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is of great significance to ensure the normal heart rate and improve the quality of life of patients.
