人性化护理干预对米力农治疗小儿先天性心脏病并急性心力衰竭护理的临床作用观察

Humanized Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Congenital Heart Disease and Acute Heart Failure in Children with Milinon Clinical Effect Observation

目的:观察人性化护理干预对米力农治疗小儿先天性心脏病并急性心力衰竭护理的临床作用。方法:回顾性选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院心内科小儿先天性心脏病并急性心力衰竭患儿100例,依据治疗与护理干预方法分为常规治疗与常规护理干预组(对照组,n=50)和常规治疗与常规护理基础上米力农治疗与人性化护理干预组(研究组,n=50)两组,统计分析两组患儿的心率、心功能、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组患儿治疗与护理干预后较治疗与护理干预前的心率、舒张末期左心室内径降低幅度、左室射血分数升高幅度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在总有效率方面,研究组为92.0%(46/50),对照组为70.0%(35/50),前者高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理干预对米力农治疗小儿先天性心脏病并急性心力衰竭护理的临床作用好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention on the nursing of children with congenital heart disease and acute heart failure.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,100 children with congenital heart disease and acute heart failure were selected retrospectively.According to the treatment and nursing intervention methods,they were divided into two groups:routine treatment and routine nursing intervention group(control group,n=50)and routine treatment and routine nursing added Milrinone Treatment and humanized nursing intervention group(study group,n=50).The two groups were statistically analyzed the heart rate,heart function,clinical effect and adverse reactions A were observed.Results:After the treatment and nursing intervention,the heart rate,the end diastolic left ventricular diameter and the left ventricular ejection fraction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of total effective rate,the study group was 92.0%(46/50)and the control group was 70.0%(35/50),the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing intervention has a good effect on the nursing of children with congenital heart disease and acute heart failure.
