云南省部分规模猪场猪瘟抗体水平调查

Investigation on the Antibody against Classical Swine Fever Virus in Some Large-scale Farms of Yunnan Province

为评估云南省规模猪场的猪瘟免疫状况,用猪瘟ELISA抗体检测试剂盒,对云南省不同地区38个规模化猪场的种公猪、种母猪、后备猪和商品猪,共2663份血清进行猪瘟抗体检测。结果显示:38家猪场平均猪瘟抗体合格率为78.82%,其中滇东、滇中、滇西南、滇西北、滇西、滇南、滇东北地区抗体合格率分别为82.2%、72.4%、78.87%、81.58%、83.61%、84.72%、64.63%;种公猪、种母猪、后备猪和商品猪的抗体合格率分别为89.79%、92.58%、85.38%、65.12%。结果表明,本次调查的38家猪场的猪瘟免疫保护水平较高,整体上达到了国家免疫方案中要求的不低于70%的标准,但存在一定的地区差异和猪群差异,其中滇东北地区以及商品猪群免疫保护水平较低,存在发生疫情风险,需要加强免疫和检测。本调查为云南省规模化猪场的猪病防控策略制定提供了参考。

In order to evaluate the immune status of classical swine fever virus(CSFV)in some large-scale swine farms in Yunnan Province,2663 serums collected from the breeding boars,breeding sows,reserved pigs and commercial pigs in 38 large-scale farms in different regions were tested for antibody against CSFV by ELISA kit.The results showed that the average qualification rate of antibody was 78.82%,in which,the qualification rates in the eastern,central,southwest,northwest,western,southern,northeast regions of Yunnan Province were 82.2%,72.4%,78.87%,81.58%,83.61%,84.72%,64.63%respectively,and the rates for breeding boars,breeding sows,reserved pigs and commercial pigs were 89.79%,92.58%,85.38%and 65.12%respectively.It was concluded that the immune level of the farms was high,which conformed to the national standard of not less than 70%,but was different in various regions or populations to some extent,especially in the northeast region and commercial pigs where the immune level was low with potential risk of disease outbreak,so it was necessary to strengthen immunization and CSFV detection.
