摘要
本文针对DN400型球墨铸铁管承插式接口,在管内注水情况下,分别进行了单调和往复的轴向拉拔和横向弯曲的拟静力加载试验,分析其力学性能及破坏模式,并采用OpenSees建立了管道接口非线性数值模型。结果表明:管道接口非线性数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合度较高,该模型可以较好地模拟管道接口在往复荷载下的刚度退化和耗能等力学特征。本文研究成果可为地下埋设或综合管廊内设给水管道抗震设计和性能评价提供必要的数据和模型支撑。
In order to investigate the mechanical properties and failure mechanism of the joints,a series of pseudo-static tensile and flexural tests were performed on the water-filled push-on joints of the DN400 ductile iron water pipelines in the utility tunnel.The water-filled push-on joints of the ductile iron pipelines were subjected to both monotonic and cyclic loadings in their axial and lateral directions in the experiments.A new finite element model for the push-on joint was developed in OpenSees in this study to simulate its nonlinear behavior.The results showed that the nonlinear numerical simulation results of the pipeline joint is in good agreement with the experimental results.The joint models could generally capture the stiffness degradation and energy dissipation characteristics of the push-on joints under cyclic loadings.The experimental and numerical results could provide necessary support for the seismic design and performance evaluation of underground water supply pipelines as well as those in the utility tunnels.
