摘要
随着城镇人口的增多与城市现代化的发展,城市桥梁大量兴建。城市桥梁作为城市的一部分,对桥梁建设过程提出了更高的要求。为降低施工过程对周边环境的影响,城市桥梁现多采用预制装配式结构。本文以北京市已建成的某自行车专用路高架桥为例,该工程桥梁下部结构为装配式钢结构墩柱,与承台之间采用了承插式杯口连接方式。本文对承插式杯口连接部位建模计算,分析墩柱及墩底杯口构造在外力作用下的受力情况,并依据计算结果对杯口承台及各连接面构造总结设计要点,相关经验总结可为以后的工程提供参考。
With the increase of urban population and the development of urban modernization,a large number of bridges have been built.As a part of the city,urban bridges put forward higher requirements on the bridge construction.In order to reduce the impact of construction on the surrounding environment,prefabricated structures were widely used on urban bridges.This paper takes a bicycle viaduct which has been built in Beijing as an example.The lower structure of this bridge is prefabricated steel piers,and socket connections between piers and pile caps are adopted.In this paper,a finite model of the socket connection between piers and pile caps is simulated,the stresses of the pier and pile cap under the loads are analyzed.According to the results,key points in the design of socket connection of pile caps and each joining surface are summarized.The relevant experience can provide a reference for future projects.
