摘要
文章探讨了壳聚糖和阳离子改性剂K联合对棉织物改性的工艺,结果表明:0.05%(o.w.f.)壳聚糖和1%(o.w.f.)阳离子改性剂K,pH值6,80℃下对棉织物改性处理30 min^40 min,然后用活性染料染色,其染色固色率及K/S值能达到甚至超过传统活性染料有盐染色的相应指标,而且耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度较好,但耐气候色牢度较差。
The article discussed the process of modifying cotton fabric by combining chitosan and cationic modifier K.The result showed that cotton fabric was dealed with 0.05%(o.w.f)chitosan and 1%(o.w.f)cation modifier K for 30~40 min at the temperature of 80℃,under the pH value of 6,then be dyed with reactive dyes.The color fixing rate and K/S value were equal to or even more than that of salt dyeing with traditional reactive dyes,and the color fastness to washing with soap and rubbing were good,but the color fastness to artifical weathering was poor.
