The efficient and comprehensive utilization of waste and old textiles is the key research direction of textile and environmental protection industry.It’s very important to achieve innovation and breakthrough in technology level,business model and policies and regulations.This article mainly discussed comprehensive utilization methods of waste and old textiles and relevant policies of our country,and pointed out current problems.It provided reasonable suggestions and development direction by comparing foreign experiences.
