Improvement of Soft Cone Winder Based on Automatic Winder

为了满足缝纫线厂家对松式络筒机的需求,本文在ISPERO自动络筒机的基础上,针对影响筒纱密度和成形的关键因素:筒纱接触压力、卷绕张力、卷绕速度,进行了结构改造和工艺优化,得到了使用效果良好的松式络筒机,既降低了设备费用,又提高了企业收益,极具市场潜力。

In order to meet the needs of sewing thread manufacturers for soft cone winder,this paper aimed at the key factors influencing package density and forming,such as cheese yarn contact pressure,winding tension and winding speed,carried out structure reform and process optimization based on ISPERO automatic winder.The application effect of soft cone winder which was obtained by reform was good.It not only reduced the cost of equipment,but also improved the enterprise income,which had great market potential.
