对老年患者全口义齿再修复的临床研究

A Clinical Study on the Restoration of Complete Denture in Elderly Patients with Difficult Disease

目的探究对老年患者全口义齿再修复的临床效果。方法选取首都医科大学附属复兴医院口腔修复科2016年2月至2019年5月收治的98例戴用旧义齿10年以上的无牙颌老年患者,按随机数字表法划分为2组,其中研究组49例,对照组49例。研究组采用超硬石膏翻制重衬后的旧义齿组织面模型,利用聚醚橡胶翻制修整后的旧义齿蜡型,将蜡型放在石膏模型上根据咬合关系上牙合架,制作出新义齿;对照组根据常规方法制作新义齿。对比2组患者对新义齿的咀嚼效率、舒适度满意度及总体满意度。结果戴用新义齿3 d后,研究组患者的咀嚼效率、舒适度满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2个星期后,研究组总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全口义齿再修复的疑难病老年患者,在旧义齿信息的基础上制作新义齿可以提升患者的咀嚼效率和舒适度满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of complete denture restoration in elderly patients with difficult diseases.Methods From February 2016 to May 2019,98 patients with edentulous jaws who had worn the old denture for more than 10 years were selected from the department of dental prosthodontics of Fuxing Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University.Divided into two groups by random digital table method,the patients were divided into two groups,including 49 cases in the research group and 49 cases in the control group.The masticatory efficiency,comfort satisfaction and overall satisfaction of new denture were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 days of wearing new denture,the masticatory efficiency and comfort satisfaction of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks,the total satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Making a new denture based on the information of the old denture can improve the masticatory efficiency and comfort satisfaction of the elderly patients with difficult diseases.
