腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的效果及安全性评价

Effect and Safety Evaluation of Laparoscopic Appendectomy in the Treatment of Appendicitis

目的评价腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的安全性及效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年1月山东医学高等专科学校附属医院收治的126例阑尾炎患者,分组为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组实施开腹手术,观察组实施腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术,比较2组疗效。结果观察组手术时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阑尾炎患者接受腹腔镜阑尾切除术,可有效减少患者术中出血量,减少并发症。

Objective To evaluate the safety and effect of laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of appendicitis.Methods Totally 126 cases of appendicitis were included and divided into observation group and control group,63 cases each.The control group underwent laparotomy and the observation group underwent laparoscopic appendectomy to compare the curative effects of the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the amount of bleeding decreased significantly(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and reduce the complications in patients with appendicitis.
