高血压患者血尿酸水平检测的临床意义分析

目的分析高血压患者血尿酸水平检测的临床意义。方法选取2017年1月至12月东莞市人民医院住院的高血压患者120例为观察组,另选取同期健康体检人员120例为对照组,2组均实施血尿酸水平检查,对比2组生化指标、随访1年后疾病发生率。结果观察组血压指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血尿酸(UA)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)指标高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组随访后发现心脑血管疾病发生率高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平与高血压之间存在密切的联系。

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of serum uric acid level in patients with hypertension.Methods Totally 120 patients with hypertension hospitalized in Dongguan People's Hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the observation group,and 120 healthy physical examination personnel in the same period were selected as the control group.Uric acid level was checked in both groups,biochemical indicators were compared between the two groups,and disease incidence was followed up for 1 year.Results observation group blood pressure index is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the observation group blood uric acid(UA),three acyl glycerin(TG),total cholesterol(TCH),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(in HDLC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC)index is higher than the control group(P<0.05),after the follow-up observation group found that the incidence of disease of heart head blood-vessel is higher than the control group,compare the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close relationship between serum uric acid level and hypertension.
