内镜下黏膜切除术治疗胃肠道息肉的效果及安全性探讨

Effect and Safety of Endoscopic Mucosal Resection for Gastrointestinal Polyps

目的分析胃肠道息肉患者采用内镜下黏膜切除术治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析宜兴市中医医院2017年2月至2019年2月收治的胃肠道息肉患者144例,根据治疗方式不同分为2组,每组72例。对照组采取内镜下高频电刀切除术治疗,观察组采取内镜下黏膜切除术治疗。对比2组患者治疗效果、治疗后细胞免疫功能及血清炎症因子水平、术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组(98.61%vs.88.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组患者细胞免疫功能指标分化抗原58(CD58)、分化抗原59(CD59)、淋巴细胞功能相关抗原-3(LFA-3)显著高于对照组,血清炎症因子白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-12(IL-12)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃肠道息肉患者经内镜下黏膜切除术治疗效果确切。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.Methods Totally 144 patients with gastrointestinal polyps in Yixing Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission time,72 cases in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopic highfrequency electrotome resection,and the observation group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection.The therapeutic effect,cellular immune function,serum inflammatory factor levels and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(98.61%vs.88.89%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,CD58,CD59 and LFA-3 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the serum inflammatory factors IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,and IL-12 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal resection is effective in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.
