宫腔用交联透明质酸钠凝胶在预防人流术后宫腔黏连中的应用观察

Observation on Application of Cross-Linked Sodium Hyaluronate Gel for Uterine Cavity in Preventing Uterine Adhesion after Abortion

目的观察宫腔用交联透明质酸钠凝胶在预防人流术后宫腔黏连中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年6月南丹县人民医院收治的80例进行人工流产手术的患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为2组,A组(42例)患者术后于宫腔中注入宫腔用交联透明质酸钠凝胶,B组(38例)患者采用抗生素进行常规预防治疗,比较2组宫腔黏连的发生情况。结果A组宫腔黏连发生率7.14%显著低于B组26.32%(P<0.05);A组月经恢复时间、术后阴道出血时间短于B组,术后阴道出血量少于B组(P<0.05)。结论人工流产手术结束时宫腔内应用宫腔用交联透明质酸钠凝胶可有效预防术后宫腔黏连的发生,改善患者月经及阴道出血情况。

Objective To study the effect of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel for uterine cavity in the prevention of intra-uterine adhesion after abortion.Methods From May 2017 to June 2018,the clinical data of 80 patients with artificial abortion admitted to Nandan People's Hospital were selected.Group A(42 cases)were treated by injecting cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel into uterine cavity after operation,group B(38 cases)were treated with antibiotics,and the incidence of uterine cavity adhesion was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of intrauterine adhesion was 7.14%in group A and 26.32%in group B(P<0.05).The postoperative vaginal bleeding time was shorter than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel for uterine cavity at the end of the abortion operation can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative uterine adhesion and improve the menstrual condition of the patient.
