碘甘油治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Iodine Glycerin in Treating Oral Ulcer

目的探讨对口腔溃疡患者选择碘甘油治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选取江苏省靖江市人民医院2017年6月至2019年2月收治的73例口腔溃疡患者作为研究对象;按照数字奇偶法分为对照组(36例)与试验组(37例)采用常规方法完成疾病治疗,试验组采用碘甘油完成疾病治疗,比较2组口腔溃疡患者的治疗总有效率、愈合时间、进食改善至正常时间。结果试验组口腔溃疡患者治疗总有效率97.30%高于对照组63.89%(P<0.05);试验组口腔溃疡患者愈合时间(4.25±1.05)d,进食改善至正常时间(3.11±0.62)d;对照组口腔溃疡患者愈合时间(5.49±1.25)d;进食改善至正常时间(4.25±0.92)d。试验组口腔溃疡患者愈合时间、进食改善至正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔溃疡患者于临床接受碘甘油治疗后,除将疗效提高之外,还能够将愈合时间、进食改善至正常时间显著缩短,最终对于口腔溃疡患者康复状态的提升奠定基础。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of iodine-glycerin treatment for patients with oral ulcers.Methods Seventy-three patients with oral ulcer admitted to Jingjiang People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from June 2017 to February 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the digital odd-even method,the patients were divided into control group(36 cases)and experimental group(37 cases).The patients in the experimental group were treated with iodine glycerine.The total effective rate of treatment,healing time and eating time of the two groups of patients with oral ulcer were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of oral ulcer patients in the experimental group(97.30%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.89%)(P<0.05);the healing time of the oral ulcer patients in the experimental group was(4.25±1.05)d;the time from eating to normal was(3.11±0.62)d;the healing time of oral ulcer patients in the control group was(5.49±1.25)d;the duration of eating improved to normal was(4.25±0.92)d;it was finally found that the healing time of oral ulcer patients in the experimental group was improved to normal The duration was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After receiving iodine-glycerol treatment,patients with oral ulcers can not only improve the curative effect,but also significantly shorten the healing time and eating time to normal time,and finally lay the foundation for the improvement of the rehabilitation state of patients with oral ulcers.
