糖尿病并发肺结核抗结核治疗临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Anti-tuberculosis Treatment for Diabetes Complicated with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的研究糖尿病并发肺结核抗结核治疗的临床效果。方法选取安徽省宁国市人民医院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的62例糖尿病并发肺结核患者作为研究对象,通过抛硬币分组法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组患者给予常规治疗方案,观察组患者采用抗结核联合血糖控制治疗方案,对比2组患者的治疗总有效率、症状消失时间、肺功能指标复常时间。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率、症状消失时间、肺功能指标复常时间优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病并发肺结核患者,抗结核结合有效的血糖控制治疗能够有效改善患者临床症状,临床疗效较为理想。

Objective To study the clinical effect of anti-tuberculosis treatment on diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 62 patients with diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to Ningguo people's Hospital of Anhui Province from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomLy divided into control group and observation group with 31 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with anti tuberculosis combined with blood glucose control Symptoms disappeared time and lung function index returned to normal time.Results The total response rate,symptom disappearance time and lung function indicator recovery time of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes and pulmonary tuberculosis,antituberculosis combined with effective glycemic control therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the clinical effect is ideal.
