地诺孕素联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫内膜不典型增生患者的临床效果

Clinical Observation of Desorgestrin Combined with Levonorgestrel Sustained Release System in the Treatment of Patients with Atypical Hyperplasia of Uterus

目的探讨地诺孕素联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)治疗子宫内膜不典型增生的临床效果。方法选取珠海市妇幼保健院2019年1月至6月收治的100例子宫内膜不典型增生患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采取左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用地诺孕素治疗,比较2组治疗前后月经量改变情况、子宫内膜厚度、雌激素和孕激素受体含量、治愈率以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组子宫内膜厚度、月经量少于对照组;观察组雌激素、孕激素受体指标低于对照组,观察组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组的不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对子宫内膜不典型增生患者的治疗中采用地诺孕素联合LNG-IUS治疗,可有效减少月经量,降低子宫内膜厚度,改善雌激素、孕激素指标,治愈率高,安全性好,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dinoprogesterone combined with levonorgestrel sustained release system(lng-ius)on endometrial dysplasia.Methods A total of 100 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia in Zhuhai maternal and child health hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomLy divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system(LNG-IUS),and the observation group was treated with dinoprostone on the basis of the control group.The changes of menstrual volume,endometrial thickness,estrogen and progesterone receptor contents,cure rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,endometrial thickness and menstrual volume in the observation group were less than those in the control group.The estrogen and progesterone receptor indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with endometrial dysplasia,dinogestrel combined with lng-ius can effectively reduce menstrual flow,reduce endometrial thickness,improve estrogen and progesterone indicators,with high cure rate and good safety,which is worthy of clinical reference.
