临床微生物标本规范化采集对微生物检验结果的重要性分析

Analysis of Importance of Standardized Clinical Microbial Specimen Collection to Microbial Test Results

目的探讨临床微生物标本规范化采集对微生物检验结果的重要性。方法选取2016年10月至2019年10月江苏大学附属金坛医院接受治疗的患者800例,随机数字表法分为对照组(常规采集流程)和研究组(规范化采集流程),各400例。对2组采集的微生物标本阳性率进行统计并对比,分析微生物标本不合格的原因。结果研究组血液、尿液、粪便、痰液标本检验的阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微生物标本的采集工作会对微生物检验结果产生影响,因此需对标本采集流程实施质量控制,保障检验结果的合格率。

Objective To explore the importance of standardized collection of clinical microbiological specimens for microbiological test results.Methods From October 2016 to October 2019,800 patients in Jintan Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University were randomLy divided into control group(routine collection process)and study group(standardized collection process),with 400 cases in each group.The positive rate of microbiological samples collected in the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared,and the reasons for unqualified microbial samples were analyzed.Results The positive rate of blood,urine,feces and sputum in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The collection of microbial specimens will affect the results of microbiological test,so it is necessary to implement quality control on the collection process of samples to ensure the qualified rate of test result.
