摘要
学习金字塔理论告诉我们:“向他人讲授”是一种最高效的学习方式。在线上教学中,通过建构“我是小主播”学习模式,实现了从“输入式学习”向“输出式学习”、从被动学习向主动学习的转变。“我是小主播”学习模式须遵循三个原则:由点到面,尊重学生意愿;由扶到放,教师退居幕后;由观到评,鼓励学生参与。
The learning pyramid tells us that“teaching others”is the most efficient way to learn.In online teaching,by constructing the learning model of“I am a little anchor”,it has realized the transformation from“input learning”to“output learning”and from passive learning to active learning.The learning model of“I am a little anchor”should follow three principles:starting from the point to the surface,respecting the wishes of students;from support to release,the teacher retreats behind the scenes;from observation to evaluation,students are encouraged to participate.
