摘要 江阴市徐霞客实验小学从立德树人的教育根本任务、小学生核心素养发展的需要以及学校德育课程实施整体优化的要求等角度进行深层次思考,对小学生游学实践的有效途径和策略进行了校本化的积极探索,创新了游学模式,提出了“多维游学”的主张,通过“小行者”游学团这一社团活动的开展,总结、提炼出学生品格培养的新育人范式,丰富学校文化育人新内涵,实现游学独特的育人价值。 Jiangyin Xu Xiake Experimental Primary School carried out in-depth thinking from the perspectives of the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people education,the need for the development of primary school students'core literacy,and the requirements for the overall optimization of the school's moral education curriculum,and carried out effective ways and strategies for primary school students to practice study tours.The school-based active exploration innovated the study tour model,and put forward the proposition of"multi-dimensional study tour".Through the development of the club activity of the"Little Traveler"study tour group,the new education paradigm for student character cultivation was summarized and refined,the school culture was enriched,and the unique education value of study tours was realized.
