摘要
依据全纳教育思想,教学要适应多样性,要关注所有学生的发展,满足不同学生的学习需求。在小学数学教学中,以全纳教育思想为指导创建“全纳共同体”,引导学生经历“导学案引学、小组交流分享、讨论核心问题、挑战三层练习”等过程,能为全体学生提供参与学习的机会,满足不同层次学生的学习需求,使每个学生在数学上都能得到最优的发展。
According to the inclusive education theory,teaching should adapt to diversity,pay attention to the development of all students,and meet the learning needs of different students.In the primary mathematics teaching,the teachers are guided by the inclusive education theory to create"community".Students experience the"the process of self-study with Guided learning plan,group exchange and sharing,discussion of core issues,and challenging three-layer exercises",which can provide all students with the opportunity to participate in learning,meet the learning needs of students at different levels,and enable each student to achieve the optimal development in mathematics.
