摘要 “教研评一体化”的校本研修以学习引领教师的专业发展,强调在现场、在一起,其价值体现在:教师有了一个发现自己的机会,校本研修有了一种温度,教师成长有了一个扶梯。“教研评一体化”校本研修的创新路径包括激发学习动机、设计研修工具、创新研修制度、优化研修方式。 The integrated school-based training of"teaching,research and evaluation"uses learning to guide teachers'professional development.It emphasizes being on site and together.Its value is reflected in:teachers have an opportunity to discover themselves,school-based training has a temperature,and teachers grow up with an escalator.The innovative path of integrated"teaching,research and evaluation"school-based training includes stimulating learning motivation,designing training tools,innovating training systems,and optimizing training models.
