摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,随着全面深化改革程度的不断加深以及国民经济又好又快发展的要求,保护生态环境与经济发展之间的关系问题成了亟待解决的重要问题。面对新的发展挑战,习近平提出了“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念,为新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设指明了方向,具有重大的理论指导意义。本文以中国传统义利思想为切入点,研究习近平提出的“两山理论”的内容,试图探寻习近平“两山理论”中所蕴含的传统“义利两有”“舍利取义”“义利相和”的三重含义。从“既要金山银山也要绿水青山”到“宁要绿水青山不要金山银山”再到“绿水青山就是金山银山”,正是这三重含义在新时代正确认识和处理经济发展与生态环境保护关系的生动体现,也是中国传统儒家义利思想在新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设过程中的继承、发展与创新。中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,要想实现国家与民族的永续发展,实现伟大复兴的中国梦,我们不仅仅需要古人“舍利取义”的精神,更应该有“义利相合”的正确认识,“绿水青山”既是“义”更是“利”,“金山银山”既是“利”也是“义”,义利相合、相互统一。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.With the deepening of all‐round reform and the requirement of sound and rapid development of national economy,the relationship between ecological environment protection and economic development has become an important issue.Faced with new development challenges,Xi Jinping proposed the development theory that“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,which points out the direction for the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era and has great theoretical guidance significance.Based on the traditional Chinese thought of righteousness and profit,this paper studies the content of the“two mountains”theory put forward by Xi Jinping,and tries to explore the three traditional connotations of“pursuit of both righteousness and profit”,“giving up profit to righteousness”and“harmony between righteousness and advantage”contained in the theory.When it comes to the the understanding and dealing with the relationship between economic development and ecological environment protection,the manifestation of the triple meanings in the new era is the shift from“pursuit of both lucid waters and lush mountains and invaluable assets”to“pursuit of lucid waters and lush mountains rather than invaluable assets”and then to“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”.It is also the inheritance,development and innovation of Chinese traditional Confucian thought of righteousness and profit in the socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era.With socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,to realize the sustainable development and the great revival of the Chinese nation,we not only need the ancient‐time spirit of“giving up profit to righteousness”,but also need a correct understanding of“combination of righteousness and profit”.“Lucid waters and lush mountains”is the“profit”as well as the“righteousness”,and“invaluable assets”is the“righteousness”as well as the“profit”.Righteousness and profit are interwoven and unified.
