业主:鹏瑞集团地点:深圳市南山区东滨路与科苑路交汇处深圳湾一号建筑面积:173074平方米(地上151477平方米,地下21596平方米)建筑功能:办公、酒店、商业、公寓建筑高度:330米(71层)建筑设计:KPF+CCDI悉地国际结构设计/机电设计:CCDI悉地国际设计/竣工:2015/2018年集办公、居住、酒店、商业于一体的深圳湾1号总体规划位于后海新区一片始建于2005年的填海土地上,与深圳内湾公园隔路相望。总体规划包含8栋塔楼,分为南北两区,南北街区之间以连廊相接。较高的塔楼位于地段西侧,较低的裙楼的塔楼沿东侧排列。位于该项目南侧边缘的7号塔楼由KPF与CCDI配合完成。
