业主:今典集团地点:海南省三亚市海棠北路58号用地面积:109247平方米总建筑面积:86200平方米(不含地下建筑面积)客房数量:611间(不包括Villa别墅客房)建筑高度:148米概念规划:Atkins(英国)建筑设计:CCDI悉地国际+ZNA(美国)景观/室内/幕墙设计:CCDI悉地国际设计/竣工:2010/2017年尽管这座酒店高耸入云,但是建筑师的设计起点却来自对地形的研究策略。从地形上看,三亚海棠湾区域主要由三类特征鲜明的地貌构成:沙丘,海洋,内湖。沙坝自海岸线向内陆纵深近1公里。受风浪及侵蚀影响,靠近海岸区域具较高的气候敏感性。建筑师却坚持尽可能保留原始的地形特征。
